We do the preliminary studies for each project based on the regulation plan of each local government, guaranteeing efficiency and insight on how Costa Rica’s local governments work.

We make site visits, coordinate technical studies and make the architectural design with a three-dimensional modelling, in which we establish the construction system that best suits your project, including materials, areas, preliminary costs and other characteristics that allow for the definition of the project, prior to the preparation of the construction drawings.
