The company was created in 2005 to provide civil engineering services. Then, in 2021, we began to offer our customers architectural design and turnkey construction services as a comprehensive alternative, starting from the construction project to turning the key over to the client.<\/p>\n

To this day, we have handled more than 500 projects with the Federated Association of Engineers and Architects (CFIA) and built 15.000 SM.<\/p>\n

We specialise in realising your most exclusive dreams. We design and erect construction projects marked by sophistication, modernity, convenience and comfort in different settings like the seaside, the mountains or the city.<\/p>\n

We have experience in creating homes that seem more like works of art, with contemporary designs and open spaces, meeting our client\u2019s highest standards and requirements. \u00a0We also know how to make the best of use ventilation and natural light.<\/p>\n

Thus, we have developed dreamy projects in different parts of the country like Dominical in Osa and Perez Zeledon.<\/p>\n
